All-in-one
HMI + PLC all-in-one – GT and GX series
A panel and a controller behind a single front face — for machines where cabinet depth and wiring time matter as much as the screen.
An all-in-one puts the panel and the controller behind one front face. The wiring between them disappears, the cabinet loses a DIN rail's worth of depth, and the bill of materials loses a serial cable, a power supply and a mounting bracket.
Two families cover it. The GT series is the larger body, with a 4.3- or 7-inch screen and I/O counts from 16 to 32 points, including variants with PT100 or thermocouple inputs and analogue outputs for temperature-driven machines. The GX series is the compact body, from a 4.3-inch 24-point unit to a 7-inch 48-point controller, with analogue I/O options.
Both run the same 200 kHz pulse outputs, the same high-speed counting and the same SKTOOL project editor as the separate ranges, so a prototype built on an all-in-one can be re-deployed on a split panel and controller without rewriting the project. That is the reason to prototype on one: the machine's I/O can be proven before the panel size is fixed.
Fewer parts on the drawing
No serial cable between panel and controller, no second power supply, no separate mounting bracket.
Motion is included
Four 200 kHz pulse outputs on the transistor models drive stepper or pulsed servo axes without an extra module.
Temperature on board
PT100, NI120 or K/T thermocouple inputs on the models that carry them, with analogue output where the machine needs a valve.

GT models pair a 7-inch or 4.3-inch panel with a controller behind it; the -G suffix adds the 4G/Wi-Fi module and Ethernet.

GX models are the compact 4.3-inch and 7-inch all-in-one bodies, some with analogue I/O on board.
Selection notes
How to choose within the range
- Count the I/O with 20 % headroom: the all-in-one bodies expand to 16 points over S-series modules, and a machine that grows usually grows by a sensor or two per revision.
- Transistor outputs are the ones that carry pulse trains. Relay outputs suit mixed AC/DC loads but not axis work.
- Prototype on an all-in-one, then split into a panel and a remote controller if the cabinet layout changes — the project carries over.
