What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, email address, country, application, quantity, model list and message you enter in the form. We also receive the email address and content of any message you send directly.

Why we collect it

To answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if an order follows, to ship it and support the product afterwards. We do not sell or rent the information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without a separate opt-in.

Who sees it

The export desk, and the logistics or certification partners involved in fulfilling an order. Where a shipping agent or a certificate body needs the consignee details, only the details required for that document are passed on.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for the period required by export and tax record-keeping after the last order.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure page traffic without profiling individual visitors, and the data stays with the analytics provider.

Your choices

Write to sales@rockhoodautomation.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
