Questions buyers ask before the first order
Anything missing? The export desk answers specification questions directly — no ticket system in between.
Ask by emailDo you sell to distributors as well as machine builders?
Yes. Machine builders, system integrators and regional distributors are all served directly from the export desk; distributor terms are quoted against a territory and a volume plan.
Can I get one unit before committing to a batch?
Yes — one unit for bench testing is normal. It ships against the same quotation as the production volume, so the price breaks are visible before the batch is placed.
Which documents do you need from me?
For a quotation, the I/O list or axis count, the cut-out or the model being replaced, the supply voltage and the destination market. For shipping, a consignee address and the HS code your broker expects.
How are payments handled?
Quoted per order and confirmed in writing before shipment. Samples are normally paid in advance; production runs are quoted with a deposit and a balance against the shipping documents.
