Applications
Applications
Eight machine types, each with the control problem stated plainly and the models that solve it. Start from the machine you are building; the catalogue page can wait.
Packaging machinery
Form-fill-seal, cartoning and labelling lines
Textile and yarn
Winding, warping and dyeing control
Machine tools and CNC
Cutting, grinding, engraving and contouring
Plastics and injection moulding
Injection, extrusion and blow moulding
HVAC and refrigeration
Chillers, air handling units and heat pumps
Water and wastewater
Pump stations, dosing and filtration
Food and beverage
Filling, capping and clean-in-place
Electronics assembly
Loaders, dispensers and test fixtures
Why application pages
Because a model table does not tell you what to buy
A catalogue answers "what does SK-070QS do". It does not answer "which panel should go on a form-fill-seal machine running 90 packs a minute into a washdown room". The difference is the application, and it is where most first orders go wrong.
Each page here states the machine, the control problem, a typical bill of materials and four engineering notes drawn from the things that actually break in the field. If your machine is not listed, the same reasoning applies — send the description.
Count the loop
Fastest loop first: a registration mark at 200 kHz sets the controller; a temperature loop at 1 Hz does not.
Then the enclosure
Washdown, dust and depth usually decide the panel body before the screen size does.
Next step
Tell us what the machine has to do.
Send the axis count, the I/O list or a photo of the existing panel. You get a model recommendation, a wiring note and a quote — usually within one business day.
